I decided to reach out to Nathalie back in January after I’ve had enough of feeling bloated and my hormones ruling my life. I wanted to understand my cycle and what I could eat and do, to help reduce hormonal symptoms during my cycle. I was also often constipated and tired. I was reading a lot about it on social media but I was finding it hard to understand all the different methods and also, which supplements were good or not. I’ve also been suffering from unknown infertility and wanted to have a better lifestyle to help improve my chances to get pregnant.
Nathalie helped me understand which supplements I needed and which one was good. There’s so many options out there but they are not all great choices as I've learned. Since working with Nathalie, I have implemented good habits and routines like something as simple as drinking enough water in a day. She created those little habits that stick. I am now more aware of my symptoms and how I can relieve them. I can refer to all the documentations and recipes she provided me in the past 6 months. Since working with Nathalie, I am not constipated anymore and I don’t feel tired throughout the day.
Nathalie was so involved in my life for 6 months that I was always thinking about what she would tell me to do or I felt like she would be proud of me if she would see all the right choices I was making. Before working with her, I always had cravings for sugar (candies) after my meals. She helped me control those cravings by giving me healthier options before going for the candies but also helped me understand why I was craving it. I believe it's one of the most important things I learned---understanding why I feel like I do and why I have those cravings. She also made me feel like it was okay to indulge sometimes and not to be mad at myself for eating candies once in a while.
One of the most valuable things I've learned is all the right foods I should eat to be healthier but more importantly, to feel good in my body and my mind. I have all the tools to help me feel good and control my gut and hormones, so that I feel less bloated. It’s crazy how good you can feel in your body when you’re fueling it right! I’m also really glad I learned which kind of workout to do depending on my cycle. As someone who workouts on a regular basis, this helps me perform better and choose wisely the workout I should be doing depending on where I am in my cycle. Nathalie really helped me understand my cycle, how to take care of myself and introduce a routine that I am able to keep and that I love.
The most important thing you should know about working with Nathalie is that she truly cares for you. She really listens to your needs and goes beyond to help you with improving your health. She took time outside of our sessions to know how I was doing and if I had any questions. She was always responding to my messages and questions outside of our sessions. I highly recommend working with Nathalie to any woman wanting to take control of their health!
