I look at how all areas of life are interconnected and how an imbalance in a certain area could be affecting the body as a whole. I use the power of real food, natural lifestyle practices and tailored supplementation to support underlying imbalances/ deficiencies within the body. I believe there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach since we are all biochemically distinct with unique nutritional needs. What works for one doesn’t necessarily mean it works for another. For this reason, I look for answers where they truly exist, within YOU! As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I offer one-on-one individualized health consulting and coaching sessions with a focus on hormone balancing, digestive and gut health. I also offer a 3-month hormone reset program for clients to

Individualized Wellness Plan – 60 minutes – within a week of your initial consultation, we will have a session where I provide you with a nutritional plan, supplement recommendations and lifestyle changes that are tailored to support your specific needs and deficiencies to reset and restore your hormones back into balance. We will discuss, and together determine which tools is best suited.
Follow-up Appointments x 6 – 45 minutes – this is to keep you on track and further push you towards your goals. We will make any adjustments needed to your current health plan to insure you succeed. We work together to harness your power by finding the tools that work best for you.
3-Day menu x 3 – 30 minutes – reflecting your recommendations each month. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner recipe suggestions will be included.
